Our Daily Bread

Let's dig into the slight differences of discussing Abiding Moment by Moment and Abiding Day by Day. Why is day by day important when you are Abiding moment by moment? We see in Exodus chapter 16 the importance of our daily bread.  The Holy Spirit gives us enough strength to Abide in him for a day if we ask for it and believe it, just as God served the Israelites enough bread, or manna, for a day. Abiding Every Moment!

Abiding Every Moment is a lofty yet attainable goal with the Holy Spirit's help and only with his help. How many times have we "tried harder" only to fall short. Maybe choose a different path and rest in the arms of Jesus. Let him drive the car, be humble not just to God but to man, be patient to God and man, and maybe stop talking so much and listen for God and man. Abiding is not a burden it is a joy. Abiding Rest

Once again we discuss Abiding in Christ. Carlo Walth's Abiding guide share's the time tested teachings of Andrew Murray to teach us what we are doing when we Surrender, humble ourselves, practice patience, and when we have an open ear. The result is Abiding in Christ. The original message was "Follow me" until transformation time and then it becomes "Abide in me"! When you are too weary to go on and have blistered feet, then Surrender to Christ!
